Cobblestone Fruit is a state-of-the-art citrus processing facility located in Sanger, California. I was one of the first employees hired for the purpose of leading the project and building the group of people that would manage it. My first duties involved overseeing the construction of the facility and ensuring construction was happening on-time. Although during construction we saw record rainfall, we still managed to stay on-track and open our doors for the 2023-2024 citrus season. This project involved stakeholder management, vendor management, and project management as well as onboarding, process design, and network systems design.

Currently I serve as the operation manager, overseeing all aspects of production as well as IT and administrative personnel. Under my leadership, we achieved target output in the first season and are set for continued growth in the years to come.
